Farewell to Pumpkin

With great sadness in my heart, I'm writing to say goodbye to our dear blogging friend, Cathey.  The news of her passing arrived yesterday via her friend Katie.  At least her suffering is over.  My thoughts are with all of her family and friends.

    I didn't follow Cathey's blog so I didn't know her or know about her till the Pumpkins for Cathey. But I read about her passing and felt so sad. Been thinking a lot about her and hope her family is doing ok.

    It has made a lot of sad to hear of her passing. I came home and bawled thinking of her son and husband. She touched so many of our hearts and she will be remembered fondly.

    Such a sad week for the blogging/stitching community, isn't it, Annie? I just tear up every time I think of her little boy wondering where his mom is... At least she is now at peace and has no more pain. I miss her terribly already...
